Terms of Purchase for Used Devices

The appearance and battery longevity of used devices are rated with the symbols AA+, AA, A+, A, B+, and B. Learn about iPhone condition classes.

The battery longevity of a used device may not be the same as that of a new device. The condition of battery longevity is indicated in the device name.
A used device is not new and may contain third-party spare parts, and the used device may have been previously repaired. New batteries replaced by C&C EE OÜ are always original Apple spare parts, and the work is carried out by authorized Apple service centers.
The used device package includes:
- iPhone: phone, charging cable
- Apple Watch: watch, charging cable, silicone watch strap
A one (1) year warranty is applied to used devices by C&C EE OÜ, which is supplemented by the consumer's right to file complaints, holding C&C EE OÜ liable for manufacturing defects and material faults for two (2) years. The same manufacturer warranty conditions offered by Apple apply to used devices, but the Apple manufacturer warranty does not apply to used devices. Learn about warranty conditions.
If the product purchased from the online store is not suitable for you, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days. If you return the device to us, the purchase amount will be refunded to you in accordance with the online store order terms clause 2.6.
Devices marked as "private" in the name are subject to a special VAT scheme, as the device has been acquired from an individual who has not added VAT to the price – from a private individual, etc., a non-taxable person or a taxable person who applied the same special scheme (including from the respective persons of another member state). The invoice presented for resale of goods under the special scheme does not include VAT (VAT Act § 41 para. 4), so the purchaser of the goods cannot deduct input VAT.

Terms of Purchase for Refurbished Devices

The appearance and battery duration of used devices are rated with AA+, AA, A+, A, B+, and B marks. Check the iPhone condition categories.

A used device is not new and may contain third-party spare parts, and it may have been previously repaired. The new batteries replaced by C&C EE OÜ are always original Apple spare parts, and the work is carried out by Apple authorized service centers.
The refurbished device package includes:

- Apple Watch: watch, charging cable, silicone watch strap
A one (1) year warranty is applied to the used device by C&C EE OÜ, which in cases of consumer sales, adds the right of private consumer claims, placing responsibility on C&C EE OÜ for manufacturing defects and material defects for two (2) years. The same manufacturer warranty conditions that Apple offers apply to the used device, but the Apple manufacturer warranty does not apply to the used device. Check the warranty terms.
If the product purchased from the online store does not suit you, you have the right of withdrawal for 14 days. Once you have returned the device to us, the purchase amount will be refunded to you according to the online store order terms point 2.6.
Devices marked with “private” in their name are subject to a special VAT regime, as the device was purchased from an entity that did not add VAT to the price – from a private individual or non-liable entity or from a taxpayer who also applied the same regime (including from corresponding entities in another member state). On an invoice for resale under the special regime, VAT is not indicated (VAT Act § 41 (4)), therefore the buyer of the goods cannot deduct input VAT.

A used device comes with a one (1) year warranty from C&C EE OÜ, and in the case of consumer sales, the consumer has the right to submit claims, holding C&C EE OÜ accountable for manufacturing defects and material faults for two (2) years. Used devices are subject to the same manufacturer warranty conditions provided by Apple, but Apple manufacturer warranty does not apply to used devices. See warranty terms.

For devices marked with “era” in the name, a special VAT scheme is applied, as they are acquired from an individual who has not added VAT to the price – from a private person or other non-taxable person, or from a taxable person who also applied the same special scheme (including from relevant persons in other member states). Invoices issued for resale under the special scheme do not show VAT (VAT Act § 41 par 4), therefore the buyer cannot deduct input VAT.
