By bringing the device to C&C service, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. This worksheet and/or identification document serves as a basis for retrieving the device from service.
2. Devices that are out of warranty or have physical/liquid damage are serviced only as paid work (handling fee 19€ for iOS devices and 29€ for Mac devices, applicable also if repair work is not performed), wherein during the service it may:
2.1. Become apparent that the device is so damaged that it cannot be serviced.
2.2. The extent of the damage to the device may change, making it impossible to return it to the customer in its original state.
2.3. New faults may appear on the device, because due to said damages, it is not possible to definitively determine how extensively the device is damaged.
3. Data retention for the client during the service is not guaranteed.
4. The service is not responsible for issues arising from normal wear and tear of consumables (battery) during the service process.
5. The service does not guarantee the preservation of installed cases, screen protectors, films, and stickers on the device during repair work.
6. The client is obliged to pick up the device within one month from the notification that the service work is completed. From the second month onwards, the device is stored at a fee of 1€/calendar day. After the third month, the abandoned device is disposed of to cover the costs of work and storage.
7. In accordance with Apple's requirements, the service may send anonymous diagnostic information about the hardware of the device in service to Apple.
8. To measure the quality of service work, Apple may send a feedback survey to the customer regarding their recent service experience.
9. Repair work and spare parts (including replacement devices) come with a 3-month warranty period. Prices shown in quotations are exchange prices. Exchanged/defective devices and spare parts are returned to the manufacturer after the repair is completed.
10. The service does not disclose client data (including data in devices) to third parties, except when required by law enforcement agencies.
11. When registering the device for service, the client is required to review and agree to the terms of service.

2. A device that is out of warranty or has physical/liquid damage is only serviced as paid work (handling fee 19€ for iOS devices and 29€ for Mac devices, applies even if no repair work is performed), in which case during maintenance:
2.1. It may become apparent that the device is damaged to such an extent that it cannot be serviced.
2.2. The extent of the damage to the device may change, making it impossible to return it to the customer in its original condition.
2.3. New malfunctions may occur in the device, as it is not possible to clearly determine the extent of the damage due to the mentioned issues.
3. Retention of customer data is not guaranteed during the maintenance work.
4. The maintenance does not take responsibility for problems arising from the normal wear and tear of consumable items (battery) during the maintenance process.
5. The maintenance does not guarantee the preservation of cases, protective glasses, films, and stickers installed on the device during the repair work.
6. The customer is obliged to pick up the device within one month of being notified of the completion of the maintenance work. From the second month, the device is stored for a fee, at a rate of 1€/calendar day. After the third month, the abandoned device will be disposed of to cover service and storage costs.
