Warranty Terms for Refurbished Devices
C&C limited warranty for one year
1.1. With this warranty certificate, C&C confirms its commitment to fulfill customer claims under consumer protection laws or regulations regarding defects in materials or workmanship of products. The warranty conditions comply with the laws of the country where the product was purchased, and the conditions are interpreted accordingly.
* The two (2) year warranty period is a consumer offer.
1.2. These terms apply to used equipment purchased from C&C EE OÜ. The used equipment sold by C&C EE OÜ are like-new, not new devices, and may have signs of use - for example; scratches, wear, and other signs of use. The product is not packaged in Apple original packaging but is packaged in C&C EE OÜ packaging. All devices have undergone thorough inspection by C&C EE OÜ maintenance, by an Apple authorized service provider.
C&C warranty obligations
2.1. C&C EE OÜ, as defined below, provides a warranty on refurbished products (including accessories in the package) for defects in materials and workmanship, for normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the buyer. In consumer sales, additional consumer claims apply, making the seller responsible for manufacturing defects of the goods for up to 2 years. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is made during the warranty period (including consumer claims), then C&C EE OÜ, at its option and within the limits allowed by law, will either:
repair the hardware defect without charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts;
replace the product with a product of equal value that is made from new or serviceable used parts and is functionally equivalent to the original product;
refund the purchase price of the product.
C&C warranty service conditions
3.1. C&C EE OÜ offers warranty service in Estonia, at the location of C&C EE OÜ Appleʼs authorized service providers only if the original invoice or other proof of purchase documenting the purchase date, invoice or receipt number, price, and serial number of the product is provided along with the defective Apple product during the warranty period. In accordance with applicable law, C&C may require you to provide evidence of purchase details before providing warranty service.
3.2. If your product stores software, data, or other information, you should protect and safeguard the contents as a precaution against possible malfunctions by making regular backups of information on the product's hard drive or other storage medium. Before handing over the product for warranty service, you are responsible for maintaining a separate backup of the content and deleting personal information from the device. It is possible that during warranty service, the contents of your storage medium may be lost or altered, and C&C EE OÜ is not responsible for damage or loss of programs, data, or other information contained on the storage medium or serviced product. Your product will be returned to you set up as it was originally purchased, with applicable updates installed. You are responsible for reinstalling or re-entering all other software programs, data, and passwords. Restoration and reinstallation of software programs and user data is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions and limitations
4.1. C&C is not responsible for damage resulting from non-compliance with product use instructions. This warranty does not apply:
to damage caused by dropping, impact, submersion, accident, misuse, flood, fire,
earthquake or other external causes;
to damage caused by use of the product outside Appleʼs described allowed or intended uses;
to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Apple or an Apple authorized service provider (AASP);
to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without Apple's written permission;
if the Apple serial number has been removed or defaced.
4.2. Except as described in this warranty and to the extent permitted by law, C&C EE OÜ is not liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty or conditions, or for any other damage, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, actual or anticipated loss of profits (including contract profits), loss of the use of money, anticipated savings, business loss, opportunity loss, goodwill loss, reputation loss, data loss, damage or injury, or any direct or consequential loss or damage, including the replacement of equipment and property, retrieval, programming, or reproduction of any programs or data used with or stored in any Apple products, and failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored in the product. The above limitation does not apply to claims related to death or personal injury or statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or omissions. C&C EE OÜ disclaims any assurance that it can repair or replace the product in accordance with this warranty without risk to or loss of programs or data.

The warranty terms comply with the laws of the country where the product purchase took place and the terms are interpreted according to those laws.

The used equipment sold by C&C EE OÜ is refurbished, not new devices and may show signs of use - such as scratches, wear, and other usage marks. The product is not packaged in Apple original packaging but is packaged in C&C EE OÜ packaging. All devices have undergone thorough inspection at the C&C EE OÜ service, an authorized Apple service provider.
C&C Warranty Obligations
2.1. C&C EE OÜ, as defined below, provides a warranty for refurbished products (including accessories in the package) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the buyer. In the case of consumer sales, the right to present consumer claims is added, which means the seller is responsible for manufacturing defects in the goods for up to 2 years. If a hardware defect occurs and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period (including the right to present consumer claims), C&C EE OÜ, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, will either:
repair the hardware defect free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts;
replace the product with an equivalent product made from new or serviceable used parts, which is functionally at least equal to the original product;
refund the purchase price of the product.
C&C Warranty Service Conditions
3.1. C&C EE OÜ offers warranty service in Estonia, at C&C EE OÜ Apple authorized service provider locations only if the defective Apple product is accompanied during the warranty period by the original invoice or other purchase documentation with the purchase date, invoice or receipt number, product price, and product serial number. In accordance with applicable laws, C&C may require you to prove purchase details before providing warranty service.
3.2. If your product stores software, data, or other information, you should make periodic backups of the information on the product's hard drive or other storage media to protect the contents and as a precaution against potential operational failures. Before delivering the product for warranty service, you are responsible for maintaining a separate backup of the contents and deleting personal information from the device. During warranty service, the contents of your storage media may be lost or altered, and C&C EE OÜ is not responsible for damage or loss of programs, data, or any other information contained on the storage media or product being serviced. Your product will be returned to you configured as it was originally purchased, with applicable updates. You are responsible for reinstalling any other software programs, data, and passwords. Restoration and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations
4.1. C&C is not responsible for damage caused by not following instructions related to product use. This warranty does not apply to:
damage caused by accidents, misuse, dropping, impact, submersion, flood, fire,
earthquake or other external causes;
damage caused by use of the product outside of the permitted or intended uses described by Apple;
damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than an Apple representative or an Apple authorized service provider (AASP);
to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Apple;
if the Apple serial number has been removed or defaced.
4.2. Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, C&C EE OÜ is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty or conditions, or any other damage, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, actual or anticipated loss of profits (including loss of profits on contracts), loss of the use of money, anticipated savings, business loss, opportunity loss, goodwill, reputation, loss of data, damage or injury, or any direct or consequential damage or loss of any nature howsoever caused, including the replacement of equipment and property, any program or data used with or stored in Apple products, and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored on the product. The limitation above does not apply to claims for death or personal injury, or statutory liability for intentional and grossly negligent acts and/or omissions. C&C EE OÜ disclaims any representation that it will be able to repair or replace any product under this warranty without risk to or loss of programs or data.

All devices have undergone thorough inspection by C&C EE OÜ maintenance, an Apple authorized service provider.
C&C warranty obligations
2.1. As defined below, C&C EE OÜ provides a warranty for materials and manufacturing defects for remanufactured products (including accessories in packaging) for a period of one (1) year in normal use, starting from the date of purchase by the buyer. For consumer sales, additional private consumer claims are included, with which the seller is responsible for manufacturing defects up to 2 years. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is made during the Warranty Period (including private consumer claims), then C&C EE OÜ, at its option and within the limits permitted by law, will either:
repair the hardware defect at no cost using new or refurbished replacement parts;
replace the product with an equivalent product made from new or functioning used parts that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product;
reimburse the purchase price of the product.
Terms of C&C warranty service
3.1. C&C EE OÜ offers warranty service only in Estonia, at the location of C&C EE OÜ's Apple authorized service providers, only when the original invoice or other proof of purchase document showing the purchase date, invoice or receipt number, product price and product serial number is provided with the defective Apple product during the warranty period. In accordance with applicable laws, C&C may require evidence of purchase details before warranty service.

If there is software, data, or other information stored in your product, you should back up the information periodically on your product's hard drive or other data storage to protect the contents and as a precaution against possible malfunctions. Before submitting the product for warranty service, you are responsible for maintaining a separate backup of the content and deleting personal information from the device. It is possible that during warranty service your media content may be lost or altered, and C&C EE OÜ is not liable for any programs, data, or other information damage or loss contained in the media or serviced product. Your product will be returned to you set up as it was originally purchased, with applicable updates. You are responsible for reinstalling or entering any other software programs, data, and passwords. The restoration and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this warranty.
Exclusions and limitations
4.1. C&C is not liable for damages resulting from failure to follow product usage guidelines. This warranty does not apply to:
damage caused by falling, impact, immersion, accident, misuse, flood, fire,
earthquake or other external causes;
damage caused by using the product outside the permissible or intended uses described by Apple;
damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) conducted by a person who is not an Apple's representative or Apple authorized service provider (AASP);
to products or parts that have been modified to alter functionality or capability without Apple's written permission;
if the Apple serial number has been removed or defaced.
4.2. Except what is stated in this warranty and within the limits permitted by law, C&C EE OÜ is not liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from warranty or condition breaches, or by any other damage, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, actual or expected loss of profits (including contractual profits), loss of use of money, loss of expected savings, business loss, opportunity loss, goodwill loss, reputation loss, data loss, damage or injury, or any other direct or consequential loss or damage, including replacing equipment and property, the recovery of programs or data stored on or used with any Apple product, programming, or reproduction, and failure to maintain data confidentiality stored in the product. The above limitation does not apply to death or personal injury claims or statutory liability for deliberate and gross negligent conduct or omission. C&C EE OÜ disclaims any assurance that it can repair or replace the product under this warranty without programs or data being at risk or lost.
