1-3. General terms
1. ORGANISER
The campaign is organised by C&C EE OÜ, registered address Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registry code 10390835 (hereinafter: the Organiser).
2. CAMPAIGN NAME
“Mac and iPhone for Zero. 0% interest, €0 down payment, €0 contract fee”
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
01.12.2025 – 08.01.2026 (hereinafter the "campaign period").
4. Campaign terms and conditions
4.1. During the campaign, private customers can purchase a new Mac or iPhone from C&C stores or the online store with interest-free instalments.
4.2. The campaign applies to all Mac and iPhone models in stock and paid for during the campaign period.
4.3. The instalment period with promotional interest is up to 20 months for both Mac and iPhone models.
4.4. The campaign can be combined with the ISIC / ITIC discount for students and teachers. Learn more here.
4.5. The instalment provider is Inbank Finance AS. To find out the exact monthly payment, please review the instalment terms and submit an instalment application.
4.6. The credit provider is Inbank Finance AS (licence No. 4.1-1/31, address Niine 11, Tallinn, phone +372 640 8080). Before signing the contract, carefully review the contract terms and, if necessary, consult an Inbank Finance AS representative or another specialist.
4.7. C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to terminate the campaign early or amend the campaign terms during the campaign period.
5. Other terms
5.1 The Participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the Campaign, the Organiser processes their personal data pursuant to the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OÜ (read more at https://www.shop.cec.ee/privaatsuspoliitika). By submitting personal data to the Organiser within the framework of the Campaign, the Participant gives consent for the processing of their data for communication related to the Campaign.
5.2 All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
5.3 Any complaints regarding the organisation of the Campaign must be submitted in writing with the reference "C&C Christmas Campaign" no later than 15.01.2026, to the e-mail address klienditugi@cec.com.
